Who we are

Trellus is a content, AI systems, and consulting service for small businesses, operated by Travis Clancy out of Oklahoma City, OK. Our website is trellusco.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly. That happens in two places:

• Intake and contact forms (Tally). When you fill out a form on our site, Tally collects your name, email address, and any details you include in your answers.
• Payments (Stripe). When you pay for a service, Stripe collects your payment card details and billing information. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all of that directly.

We do not run ad pixels or tracking scripts. We do not buy or sell data.

How we use it

We use the information you share to:

• Respond to your inquiry or onboard you as a client
• Process payments and send receipts
• Deliver the services you hired us for

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not add you to email lists without your consent.

Third-party tools

We use two third-party services that process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payments  ·  stripe.com/privacy
• Tally — forms  ·  tally.so/privacy

These tools may set cookies or collect device and browser information as part of their normal operation. We do not control what they collect beyond what they disclose in their own policies.

How we store your information

Information from forms is stored in the tools listed above and in our internal project files. We keep information as long as we need it to deliver your project and handle any follow-up, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. Contact us and we'll respond within 10 business days.

For data held by Stripe or Tally, you'll need to contact those services directly using the links above.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
